Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to booking requests and drift experiences arranged through TampaDriftRental.
Bookings and deposits
Pricing is shown per driver. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a booking. A booking is not considered fully confirmed until TampaDriftRental accepts the reservation and any required deposit has been received.
Availability and capacity
Event availability is limited. The booking system may restrict reservations based on remaining driver capacity. TampaDriftRental may close an event when capacity is reached.
Driver requirements and safety
Drivers must provide a valid driver's license, follow all track and TampaDriftRental safety instructions, wear required attire and safety equipment, and complete any required waiver before driving. Unsafe conduct or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the driving session.
Track operations
TampaDriftRental does not own or operate the racetracks used for events. Track rules, schedules, gate fees, delays, closures, weather decisions, and safety procedures may be controlled by the track or event organizer.
Vehicles and driving
Rental vehicles are provided for supervised drift-event use only. Drivers are expected to operate the vehicle responsibly and follow coaching, track, and safety instructions at all times.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Any cancellation, rescheduling, credit, refund, or event-change terms that apply to a specific booking will be communicated in the booking confirmation or other written communication from TampaDriftRental. If an event changes, contact us for the options available for that reservation.
Assumption of risk and waivers
Motorsports involve inherent risks. Participation may require separate waivers or releases from TampaDriftRental, the track, or the event organizer. These Terms do not replace any waiver or release that a participant is required to sign.
