1. Experience package
The experience includes the drift car, fuel, the package tire allowance, basic drift coaching, track access, and on-site driver support. Additional tires, damage outside normal use, or optional upgrades are not included unless agreed upon separately.
2. Payment terms
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the booking. The remaining balance is due before driving begins. The deposit is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
3. Driver requirements
The Driver agrees to hold a valid driver license; follow TampaDriftRental instructions; follow all track rules and safety regulations; operate the vehicle responsibly; not drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and stop immediately if instructed by TampaDriftRental staff or track officials. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
4. Risk acknowledgment
Motorsports and drifting involve inherent risks, including vehicle loss of control, collision or impact, mechanical failure, injury or death, and property damage. The Driver voluntarily assumes the risks associated with participation.
5. Vehicle damage
Normal wear from drifting is included. The Driver may be responsible for damage caused by reckless driving, ignoring instructions, misuse of the vehicle, or intentional abuse. Damage costs will be assessed by TampaDriftRental.
6. Track notice
TampaDriftRental does not own or operate the track. All track rules, track waivers, and safety requirements must be followed. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
